BC Capital is a private family-owned developer, owner, and managing operator of multi-family apartments. Based in Massachusetts, our focus is on the Eastern Massachusetts and Southern Florida markets. Our primary property targets include new construction and development, value add, and stabilized assets. Our mission is to buy and hold a portfolio of over 1000 units while providing our residents with a safe, well maintained, beautiful and professionally-managed place to call “home”. BC Capital is an organic evolution of our homebuilding and development company, Long Built Homes, which continues to successfully operate today and has been in business for the past 35 years. Throughout our 1,400+ projects completed, we have built lasting relationships with our contractors, vendors, industry professionals, and customers.
